[Description]
The PRP tube is made of a PET tube with a protective cap, separation gel, and anticoagulant. It is sterile and pyrogen-free. Its basic structure includes:
1. Protective Cap
2. Tube
3. Anticoagulant
4. Separation Gel
[Centrifugation]
1. Set the centrifuge to 3500 RPM for 8 minutes. Recommended centrifuge models: PCF01 or PCF05.
2. Ensure tubes are balanced by weight before placing them in the centrifuge.
3. After centrifugation, remove the PRP tube carefully, check for proper blood layering, and place the tube gently on a tube rack.
Note: Always review the centrifuge’s operation manual before starting to avoid improper handling.
[PRP Extraction]
1. Invert the tube 3–5 times to mix the PRP.
2. Attach an 18G * 100mm extraction needle to a 5ml syringe.
3. Extract the PRP from the tube.
[Contraindications]
• Do not use for patients with coagulation dysfunctions (e.g., platelet dysfunction syndrome, thrombopenia), hemorrhagic disorders (e.g., Henoch-Schönlein purpura, hemophilia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura), leukemia, or septicemia.
• Avoid use in patients allergic to anticoagulants.
• PRP prepared with this product should not be used for intravenous injection.
[Intended Use]
This product is used to collect whole blood, separate it into its components, and specifically prepare Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).
[Preparation Method]
1. Blood Collection: Connect the blood draw needle and tube holder to the PRP tube, and draw blood from the donor following local protocols.
2. Smaller Syringe Application: If a smaller syringe is required, use a two-way stopcock to transfer PRP from the 5ml syringe.
Note: Ensure all accessories used are sterile and pyrogen-free.
[Warnings]
1. Use PRP only for the patient from whom the blood was drawn.
2. Do not use the tube if foreign objects are visible.
3. Avoid use if the package is damaged.
4. This is a disposable product; do not reuse.
5. Dispose of used products in a biological waste container.

[Transportation and Storage]
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated, clean environment at 4°C to 25°C with a humidity level below 80%.
